Hydro Foam Wash
High-foam washing designed for slickness, gloss and a hydrophobic finish.
A high-foam automotive shampoo concept combining a broad surfactant system with anti-redeposition support, water-based waxes, silicone emulsions and a hydrophobic silica aid. The design target is dense foam, lubricated wash feel and visible water beading after rinsing.

IN THE FIELD / APPLICATION CONTEXT
Dense foam in. Slick hydrophobic finish out.
Designed for bucket or foam-cannon validation, combining wash lubrication with a wax, silicone and hydrophobic-silica finish package.

HIGH FOAM / HYDROPHOBIC FINISH
Foam for cleaning. Slip for contact. Water behavior in the rinse.
Hydro Foam Wash is a V2 Nouryon-optimized automotive shampoo concept developed around a complete wash brief: dense foam, lubricated wash feel, anti-redeposition support, visual gloss and a hydrophobic finish target. The formula combines anionic, amphoteric and nonionic cleaning systems with water-based wax, silicone emulsions and a hydrophobic silica aid. It is packaged in a 500 mL screw-cap bottle for measured bucket or foam-cannon dosing.
Target pH 8.2-8.5; final dilution, foam profile, residue, coating compatibility and water-beading claims remain subject to pilot wash testing.

FOAM IS ONLY THE FIRST LAYER
A satisfying wash needs cushion, wetting and controlled contact.
Dense foam gives the user visible coverage, but cleaning also depends on how the solution wets road film and how the mitt moves across the panel. SLES, betaine, APG, AOS, amine oxide and supporting surfactants create a layered wash system designed to balance foam, wetting and lubricated feel. Chelation and a hydrophobically modified polymer support the rinse by helping released soil stay mobile.
Layered foam system
Multiple surfactant types target dense, stable and useful foam.
Wash-slip target
The formula is designed to support a controlled mitt path on a pre-rinsed vehicle.
Anti-redeposition support
Chelation and polymer support help move released soil toward the rinse.

THE FINISH SHOWS IN WATER
A wash-and-finish package designed to appear after rinsing.
The formula includes a water-based water-repellent wax emulsion, methyl silicone resin emulsion, amino-silicone emulsion, PDMS emulsion and a hydrophobic silica or siloxane dispersion. Together they target slickness, brightness, a light protective feel and visible water beading. Because these finish aids can interact with existing coatings and matte surfaces, the product is not presented as universally compatible before pilot testing.
Wax support
Targets visual richness and a slicker post-wash feel.
Silicone architecture
Supports leveling, gloss and hydrophobic water behavior.
Silica aid
Adds a ceramic-inspired beading target without claiming a permanent coating.

THE COMPLETE WASH CYCLE
Cover, carry and rinse to a refined finish.
The chemistry is intended to support each stage of a conventional contact wash. It does not remove the need for pre-rinsing, clean tools or a top-to-bottom method.
01 / Cover
The surfactant blend is designed to generate dense foam and spread wash solution over compatible exterior surfaces.
Bucket and foam-cannon dilution will be published only after representative equipment testing.02 / Carry
Lubricated wash feel and anti-redeposition support target controlled soil movement during the contact stage.
Heavy bonded contamination still requires an appropriate separate decontamination process.03 / Finish
Wax, silicone and hydrophobic silica components are designed to remain as a light finish package after complete rinsing.
Water behavior, residue, gloss and durability must be quantified on the final formula and final dilution.
TWO DOSING ROUTES
One concentrated wash concept for bucket and foam-cannon validation.
The screw-cap package reflects how concentrated North American car shampoos are commonly measured rather than sprayed directly from the bottle.
Two-bucket contact wash
Use at the final validated dilution with a clean wash mitt and separate rinse bucket.
Foam-cannon pre-coverage
Create broad visible coverage before the controlled contact stage, using tested equipment settings.
Maintenance wash
Target regular road film on compatible glossy exterior surfaces before contamination becomes heavily bonded.
Retail wash-and-finish program
Combine a dramatic foam demonstration with a clearly explained hydrophobic finish target.
FOAM WITH A JOB
More foam is not the same as touch-free cleaning.
The page positions the shampoo as part of a complete wash method and keeps permanent protection language outside the product promise.
What this system is
- A concentrated high-foam automotive shampoo concept
- Designed for wash lubrication, gloss and hydrophobic finish support
- Supplied with a screw cap for measured dilution
What this system is not
- A ready-to-use trigger spray or dry-panel cleaner
- A guaranteed touchless wash for bonded road film
- A permanent ceramic coating or validated for every matte finish and wrap
CONTROLLED APPLICATION / STEP BY STEP
A better result begins with the right sequence.
Follow the full method, including preparation, controlled placement and the final finish check.
- 01
Work cool and shaded
Move the vehicle out of direct sun and confirm the panels are cool before mixing product.
- 02
Pre-rinse thoroughly
Remove loose grit from upper panels, lower sections, wheels and crevices before contact.
- 03
Measure the dilution
Use the final bucket or foam-cannon ratio stated on the validated label; do not guess by color or foam alone.
- 04
Wash top to bottom
Use clean tools, light pressure and a controlled section-by-section method. Keep wheel tools separate.
- 05
Rinse completely
Do not allow wash solution to dry. Flush seams and lower panels until residue is gone.
- 06
Dry and inspect
Use a clean automotive drying towel and evaluate gloss, slickness and water behavior.
Matte finishes, wraps and existing coatings require compatibility confirmation before full use.
Use boundaryFinal dilution, foam profile, slip, residue and coating compatibility must be locked by pilot testing before sale.

FORMULATION DISCIPLINE
Selected materials. Controlled claims.
MOOCOW develops around quality-focused raw-material sourcing and supplier technical data, then validates the finished formula, packaging compatibility and real application before locking commercial claims.
PRODUCT QUESTIONS / CLEAR ANSWERS
Clear answers before the first order.
Does the 500 mL bottle need a trigger sprayer?
No. This concentrated shampoo concept uses a screw cap for measured bucket or foam-cannon dosing; the final closure remains subject to packaging validation.
Can it be used in a foam cannon?
That is part of the development brief; the final dilution will be published only after equipment testing.
Is this a ceramic coating?
No. It is a wash shampoo with a hydrophobic finish package, not a permanent coating.
Will it work on matte wraps?
Compatibility and appearance must be validated first because finish enhancers may alter the visual character of matte surfaces.
What does the V2 formula target?
Dense foam, wash slip, anti-redeposition, gloss, a light protective feel and visible water beading.
MOOCOW / DISTRIBUTION READY CONVERSATION
A demonstration-ready hero product for automotive channels.
Hydro Foam Wash gives distributors, wash operators and private-label partners three connected stories: high-foam experience, controlled contact-wash performance and a visible hydrophobic finish target. Commercial ratios, equipment guidance and claim language will be released from repeatable pilot testing so the product can be sold on more than foam height alone.
Packaging, directions and performance language remain subject to pilot production and application validation.
